Why we invested in Vixiees
Industrializing B2C sales execution at scale
Vertical SaaS platform that automates sales execution for high-volume B2C sales teams, bringing structure, speed, and visibility to their commercial workflows.

The overlooked complexity of B2C sales
While B2B sales teams benefit from increasingly sophisticated tools, such as sales enablement platforms, call analytics, and intent data, most B2C teams are left using CRMs that were never designed for their needs: fast cycles, high lead volumes, and real-time responsiveness. Companies in sectors such as automotive, energy, education, healthcare, and telecommunications deal with massive inbound traffic, yet they rely on fragmented systems that lack speed, automation, and control over execution.
Vixiees is explicitly built for this environment. The platform integrates seamlessly with existing CRMs and communication tools, adding a layer of automation, contact orchestration, and real-time analytics. The result: rep-driven chaos becomes a structured, scalable, high-conversion engine.
Playbooks, not pipelines. Execution is everything
At its core, Vixiees functions as a vertical Sales Execution OS. It enforces consistent follow-up through automated playbooks, centralizes multi-channel outreach, and gives managers live visibility into team performance. No more missed leads, no more manual processes, no more blind spots.
This has a direct impact on revenue and operational efficiency, with real clients reporting a 40% sales uplift, 30% less administrative time, and a 3x increase in contact volume, all without expanding headcount. The company is showing strong commercial traction, with consistent customer expansion and retention since launch.
Lessons learned: second-time entrepreneurs
Vixiees is led by Pablo Pascual (CEO), Àlex Sánchez (CSO), and Nil Roda (CMO), part of the founding team and early operators at Swipcar, which was acquired by Cazoo in 2021. That journey gave them deep exposure to the operational complexity of B2C sales at scale. It also revealed a clear market gap: traditional CRMs are not effective for B2C. They’re built for tracking, not execution.
What impressed us was not just their insight into this space, but their speed of execution and capital efficiency. They’re not reinventing CRMs, they’re building the missing execution layer on top.
Why we’re joining the ride
The global Contact Center Software market is valued at $42B and expected to reach $110B by 2028 (+21% CAGR), driven by increasing demand for productivity and automation tools in sales environments. Within this context, Vixiees is carving out a distinct position as a vertical, capital-efficient Sales Execution OS, explicitly designed for B2C sales teams where horizontal CRMs fall short.
This investment reinforces Abac Nest Ventures’s thesis around vertical SaaS platforms powered by AI and their ability to drive efficiency and scalability across core business functions. We see in Vixiees an opportunity to build a category leader in a large, underserved market, with significant international expansion potential.
